To order a customised bag, please contact us via our contact form or send us an email. We will discuss your preferences together and provide you with a quote. Once the order is confirmed, we will begin working on your handcrafted bag.

The lead time varies depending on the type of leather, design, and complexity of the customisation. Generally, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks to complete a handcrafted bag. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

To keep your bag in excellent condition, we recommend that you:  

• Protect the bag from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.  
• Clean the bag with a soft, dry cloth.  
• Moisturise the leather regularly with products specific to the type of leather.  
• Store the bag in a cool, dry place, preferably in a fabric dust bag.

As the bags are made to measure and customised, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with the quality or an error in the customisation, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We offer various shipping options, including standard shipping and express shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the urgency of the service chosen. We will provide you with the shipping details and tracking number once your bag is ready for dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website.

Yes, all our handcrafted bags come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, or misuse. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us, and we will assess the best solution together.
